Send An EmailACSR is a high-capacity, high-strength bare conductor used in overhead transmission and distribution lines. ACSR Wire is available in a wide range of steel varying from as low as 6% to as high as 40 %. The higher strength ACSR CONDUCTORS are used for river crossings, overhead ground wires, installations involving extra long spans etc. At the same time, it has the advantages of strong conductivity, low cost, and high reliability.
Applications :
ACSR Wire is used as bare overhead conductor for primary and secondary distribution. All Aluminium Conductors Steel Reinforced (ACSR) consists of single or stranded solid steel central core enclosed by strands of 1350-H19 99.5%+ aluminum. The high tensile strength of the steel core allows for longer conductor spans and less sag. It is suitable for installation in special geographical environments such as rivers and valleys.
