They are applicable to systems with high fault currents rated up to 10kA for 1 second. Structures with higher rated fault current capacities may be provided upon request.

Application :

Our cables are specifically designed for distribution and secondary transmission networks, serving as the primary power supply for commercial, industrial, and urban residential networks. They are ideally suited for systems with high fault current ratings, rated up to 10kA for 1 second. Furthermore, we can provide customised cables with higher fault current ratings to meet specific customer requirements.

Construction:

Conductor: Copper or aluminium, stranded round, compact stranded round.
Insulation: XLPE or TR-XLPE or EPR.
Metal shielding or sheathing: Copper wire shielding (CWS), copper tape shielding (CTS), lead alloy sheathing (LAS), corrugated aluminium sheathing (CAS), corrugated copper sheathing (CCU).
Armouring: Aluminium wire armour (AWA), Steel wire armour (SWA), Stainless steel wire armour (SSWA).
Termite protection: Polyamide nylon sheath, Double brass tape (DBT), Black cypermethrin 5V-90.
Temperature Range:
Minimum installation temperature: 0°C
Maximum operating temperature: +90°C
Minimum operating temperature: -25°C
