On the morning of August 29th, the president of Henan Jiapu Cable Co., Ltd. and his entourage visited the factory to carry out an in-depth research and exchange around the company’s cable production work situation. The head of the special reception team and the main person in charge of each department expressed a warm welcome to the leaders and accompanied to the production line for a site visit. The field lecturer introduced the production equipment, production process and assembly technology in detail.
Firstly came to the cable workshop, a detailed understanding of the workshop put into operation and project construction progress. In the subsequent forum, the leader said that the company’s development in recent years has been remarkable, in the sales model innovation, scientific and technological research and development and breakthroughs in large projects and other aspects of the bright achievements, fully demonstrated the industrial company’s vigorous spirit of entrepreneurship. He pointed out that the company should give full play to the advantages of the institutional mechanism to further maintain high quality and sustainable development, and made four requirements:
First, taking into account the overall situation and strategy, we will build the factory with high standards and focus on becoming a manufacturing benchmark enterprise.
Second, vigorously promote scientific and technological innovation, give full play to the role of innovation platforms at all levels, improve the talent attraction mechanism, and strive to achieve landmark innovation results.
Third, accelerate the development and construction of the Jiapu project to enhance the market share of the company’s products.
Fourth, continue to strengthen risk prevention and control, strict management of production safety issues, and actively do a good job in identifying and preventing business risks.
