The ASTM/ICEA-S-95-658 standard describes copper concentric cables featuring a copper conductor core, a copper or aluminium concentric neutral conductor, and a protective sheath.
Copper Core Concentric Cable is made of one or two solid central conductors or stranded soft copper, with PVC or XLPE insulation, outer conductor made up of several soft copper wires stranded in a spiral and black outer sheath which can be made of PVC, thermoplastic polyethylene or XLPE. -
